Earth Day Event
The Earth Day Event included a day of outdoor planting, outdoor art, a musical, art show, and science fair. The entire community was invited to participate throughout the event.
This mural was built using over 15,000 recycled bottle caps. The community participated by collecting the bottle caps and spending an evening gluing the bottle caps to complete the mural begun by the students. All of the animals and plants found on the 4' x 32' mural are endangered of becoming extinct. It is displayed in the lunchroom of Margaret Elementary School.
