Student Awards

dream Architecture

Alabama Center of Architecture hosts an elementary competition to encourage students to think about their built environment. This year, over 2000 students from around the Birmingham Area participated. Sarah is a visually impaired student who used a three-dimensional collage, labeled in Braille, to design a school friendly for students with visual challenges. She placed Third overall.
Sydney designed a school built from soda cans used by its own students. She placed First overall.
I am so proud of both of my talented students!
